Late Cancelations & No Show
Sessions must be canceled 8 hours prior to your session time to avoid any fees and a deduction in session credits
Late fees: $12
No Show fees: $18
You will lose your session credit if you have a late cancel or no show
There are no refunds.
Memberships: You can upgrade and downgrade your membership at any point prior to your renewal date during your 6-month commitment. You can also cancel your membership at any point however there will be a cancelation fee. Which is one-time final charge in the total amount of your monthly membership, and it will still allow you to utilize your credits in your final month. if you have any additional questions about your membership, please reach out to the studio directly.
Age restrictions: Must be 18 years of age to participate in reformer Pilates. If you are under the age of 18 you can participate in the session however you will be provided a Mat to perform the exercises on. This would be considered Mat Pilates
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session you will be moved to following session if there is a reformer available.
We can make same day class changes however if you miss your session, we cannot move your reservation to another day it must be moved to a session schedule within the same day of the original appointment.
